Theron Brison is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical dependency counseling. With over 15 years experience working with addictions, he has developed many unique skills than enable him to supervise the Woodcrest residential men's facility.

Theron is a strong supporter of treatment, 12-step concepts and a natural born teacher. He has been most instrumental in developing and maintaining the curriculum, concepts and structure that have made the Woodcrest facility one of MFI's most successful programs. Theron is a compassionate and charismatic person. Motivated by a keen sense of humor, he is very supportive and a positive influence for staff and clients.

Theron obtained a Chemical Dependency Counseling Certification at San Bernardino Valley College in 1994. He since has obtained certifications in Crisis Intervention, Relapse Prevention, Parenting and Anger Management. He has a love of passing on the knowledge and education he has obtained by conducting annual training seminars on several subjects including cultural acceptance and understanding; a topic that is very close and dear to his heart.

Theron has noted as stating that "working in this field is a matter of the heart". He firmly believes that treatment works and has been fortunate to witness and be a part of several miraculous success stories over the past 15 years.
