Employee StabilizationAn innovative and individualized program designed to support your employee with minimal absence from work and optimum treatment. More than 6 million Americans between the ages of 18 to 49 have alcohol use disorders and work full time. Many more may be supporting a family member with a substance abuse problem. Frequency of absenteeism, arriving late to work or leaving early, doing poor work, doing less work, and arguing with co-workers can be directly related to drinking at work, problem drinking, and the frequency of getting drunk in the past 30 days. Beginning with a three, five or seven day detoxification followed with outpatient therapy of three hour sessions two or three evenings a week, individuals can become more productive in their personal, as well as professional, lives. These alcohol and drug treatment services can reduce the impact of substance abuse problems as they apply to productivity, reducing overall costs to the employer and insurance provider.
Working with our skilled professionals, medical doctors, licensed therapists and certified substance abuse counselors in positive and professional settings, clients learn how to cope with cravings, and identify the root causes of their substance abuse. With structure and support, clients gain insight and the help they need to learn new skills and ways for resolving problems while remaining employed and with their families. MFI is available to conduct on site substance abuse education seminars and workshops.. Residential treatment for employees is also available through MFI. Call 951-683-6596 for more information.
