Drug and Alcohol Rehab for Women

Specialized Addiction Treatment Programs for Women

MFI Recovery Center is a substance abuse treatment center unlike any other, because it is here that women find an approach that is tailored for women by women. In a safe and confidential setting, the reasons for extended drug and alcohol abuse are discovered and tools learned to overcome addictions and other self-defeating behaviors. More importantly, your strengths and hopefulness are restored so that you can live your life with satisfaction and contentment

MFI Recovery Center offers three comprehensive, accredited, well structured programs that allow women and women with children to overcome the unique challenges they face with substance abuse. Residential or day treatment and/or outpatient services are available, and separate residences are available to women with children and women seeking treatment away from the stressors of family life. If you start your treatment with residential care, you will have access to the Sober Living Center for Women where you may stay for up to one year.

DETOX CENTER: ALCOHOL AND OPIATE DETOXIFICATION

Physical dependence, cravings, and discomfort can be managed through our medically-supervised ambulatory detoxification program. You do not need to suffer needlessly to achieve your goals. Our doctor and nurses tailor medications to each persons needs.

SELF-ESTEEM, HOPE, AND PARENTING

MFI's specialized programs for women will assist you in developing skills to help free yourself from feelings of dependency, low self-esteem, and limited personal resources. You will be provided with comprehensive, on-site services that include individualized treatment, counseling and medications services, anger management instruction, and childcare. You will learn to take care of yourself and to parent your children so that you can be proud of your efforts again.

At "A Woman's Place", comfortable rooms, attractive surroundings and play areas for the children are provided. You can learn to love yourself as a mother by learning effective parenting and how to better interact with your children while receiving help from qualified and caring substance abuse counselors.

At University Apartments, newly decorated, comfortable, semi-private apartments are available for those seeking recovery removed from the daily distractions of everyday life. You will receive the individualized and caring attention you need from our team of qualified professionals who will help you with yourself and your family.

OUTPATIENT TREATMENT, RELAPSE PREVENTION, AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE (EAP)

Intensive Outpatient services (IOP) are available to those who wish to free themselves from dependency but need to remain employed or with their families. You will learn how to heal fractured relationships and start healthy new ones, as well as tools to help you maintain your sobriety in the world in which you live. Child care is available. Day and evening services are available reducing barriers to participating.
