- Executive Director - Craig Lambdin, MA MFT
For over 27 years Craig Lambdin has been the Executive Director of MFI (My Family, Inc.) Recovery Center, a comprehensive behavioral health nonprofit organization in Riverside, CA. Mr. Lambdin is an adjunct faculty professor at the Loma Linda University Marriage and Family Sciences Program, Graduate Division where he teaches marital therapy and supervises the university counseling program. Mr. Lambdin received his undergraduate degree at the University of California Riverside and masters degree at the University of Redlands. Mr. Lambdin is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of California.
Mr. Lambdin is a devoted husband and proud father of one son. He is an avid soccer player and loves to jog with his two golden retrievers Marley and Jake. Though he is very committed to his profession he prefers to play guitar and banjo.

- Accounting Manager - Denise Arellano
Denise began her employment at MFI May 22, 2006. She is responsible for all financial reporting to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. This includes maintaining accurate and timely monthly financials, annual budget preparation, annual County cost reporting, assisting with the annual audit, and all other related fiscal and financial matters.
She brings with her 28 years of experience in the accounting field. Her work history includes 17 years with the media industry and 4 years with Harley Davidson. Her education includes a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Cal Polly Pomona.
Denise is an organized, high-energy individual with an outgoing personality. She has the drive, persistence, and perseverance to accomplish her goals. She values time with her children, riding her harley, reading and outdoor activities.

- Program Coordinator - Juli Kukulka, CAS-II
Juli has been working in the substance abuse field for more than 16 years. She began as a counselor providing direct services to women in need. After five years she advanced to becoming the Director of Operations for La Vista Recovery Center and held that position for more than 10 years. She received her CAS II credential and is a graduate of Mt. San Jacinto College where she received her Associates Degree in Alcohol Drug Studies. Currently, Juli supervises the San Jacinto outpatient offices of MFI as well as Program Coordinator of the LaVista location of MFI Recovery Center.
Juli's mission in life was to help give back to the community and help those who were suffering from substance abuse issues and other traumas surrounding women who suffered; helping to guide these individuals on a new path of recovery from substance abuse.

- Program Coordinator - Cynthia McDonald, CAS
Cynthia McDonald has done a fabulous job getting our San Jacinto location up and running. She has a keen sense for creating an appealing, comfortable setting for individuals and their families when entering our facilities. This innovative program requires sophisticated counseling skills, patience for children, and a team spirit.
Cynthia demonstrates these skills day in and day out. Cynthia graduated from MFI programs 27 years ago and has been a member of the MFI staff since then. In addition to her clinical skills, she leads the team effort for CARF accreditation and has been a key person coordinating our annual fundraiser and leads the team effort for CARF accreditation.
Recently, Cynthia branched out and is also coordinating our Banning location. She will bring qualities with her that create just the right atmosphere to promote efficiency and professionalism to this MFI location. She is welcomed by an enthusiastic team of individuals that share her vision for the Banning community.
Cynthia is a wife and mother of two. Her youngest, Natalie, has completed her Masters Degree at the University of Redlands and is an accomplished Thespian. Cynthia is a member of the Hemet Chamber of Commerce and active in Challenges of Youth Collaborative in the Hemet area. She supervises the environmental and Senior Prevention Programs in the Hemet & San Jacinto Valley. She remains highly involved with both Riverside County and Federal Prevention Programs.

- Operations Manager - Lisa Molina, CADC-II
Lisa started at MFI Recovery Center in September 1991. After graduating from our very own Day Treatment Program, Lisa came to work as a Counselor Trainee. In 1992 she was instrumental in opening a new location in the Pass Area providing services to Banning, Beaumont, Cabazon and surrounding areas. Lisa currently ensures the smooth operation of the Administration building and outreach to other treatment programs to share the mission of the agency. Lisa believes that compassion and understanding is the key to making people feel comfortable in an otherwise difficult situation.
In 1993, Lisa was certified in Relapse Prevention and has completed much training to give her a well-rounded base of knowledge. Moving on to UCR Extension in 1996, Lisa began evening classes with the goal of becoming certified in substance abuse treatment. She completed the requirements and successfully passed the written & oral exams to become certified.
Lisa was born and raised in Orange County, California and has been in active recovery since October, 1990. She is the proud mother of Jessica, a bright, 22-year-old that is beautiful on the inside and out! The relationship with her daughter can only be described as beyond her wildest dreams... Like Jessica, Lisa is enthusiastic about helping others and always willing to go the extra mile in all she does.

- Program Coordinator - Marlene Personett, CADC-II, CACCS
Marlene has worked with MFI for a total of 8 years. Initially she worked as a certified substance abuse counselor at our women's programs. She left the agency to teach the Alcohol and Drug Counseling Course at Intercoast Colleges and ultimately became the director of the West Covina campus. MFI was fortunate enough to have her return in a management position overseeing our men's residential treatment program in Woodcrest. She has since taken on the grand task of Program Coordinator of the Riverside Outpatient programs and gender specific residential programs in Riverside. Marlene is credentialed as a CADC-II and CACCS (California Certified Clinical Supervisor).
Marlene has been married for nearly 25 years. She has 3 grown children and a precious 11 year old grandson. Marlene is very proud of her youngest daughter who graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2011 and is currently following in her mother's footsteps working in the field of Social Services.

- Program Coordinator - Patty Tetley, CADC-II
Patty Tetley started working for MFI in 1998. She is responsible for the management of the very important Men's Residential Program. In her 14 years with MFI, she has become proficient in chemical dependency and recovery programs.
Patty has witnessed first-hand the fruits of her labor. She has been active in shaping the lives of those looking to make a change for the better and get their lives back on track. Her ability to instill in clients a feeling of self worth and accomplishment is an asset they carry with them for the rest of their lives and professional careers.
Patty is a proud resident of the Inland Empire where she raised her two boys and several wonderful dogs over the years. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and doting over her two grandchildren.
