La Vista Recovery and Wholeness Center is the latest addition to MFI's family of specialized programs. La Vista is a private women's treatment center nestled on a hilltop with grand views of Mount San Jacinto, Tahquitz Peak, and the valleys of Hemet and San Jacinto. Like a bed and breakfast, this residential treatment facility offers a quiet setting that provides a safe sanctuary for women of all ages seeking the skills to build a new life centered on sobriety. This peaceful location has provided the foundation for thousands of women since 1970.
Our primary mission is to provide an opportunity for women to break the cycle of addiction and enjoy healthy, calm and productive lives. Many life circumstances predominate in women, which can make specialized women's drug rehab the most beneficial approach. Our drug rehab for women is dedicated to promoting women's sense of security and structuring a recovery plan based on individual experience and needs, to provide the most effective results.

Women tend to use substances for different reasons than men. Risk factors such as low self-esteem, peer pressure, and depression can make women more vulnerable to substance use as well as addiction. Research has also shown that physical and sexual trauma followed by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is more common in drug-abusing women than in men seeking treatment. Counseling is conducted in an environment of trust and safety, where a woman's voice is heard and respected. We believe in the right and dignity of recovery for every woman. The work to build a new life of sobriety is quite different for each woman.
MFI Center in San Jacinto
Women receiving treatment at MFI's women's treatment center in San Jacinto are provided with comprehensive and individualized on-site services to help them achieve their recovery goals. MFI centers are accredited and structured programs in an environment of trust and safety. We offer residential treatment, as well as outpatient alcohol and drug rehab for women who may be constrained by professional or family responsibilities. Our counselors and therapists work with each woman to understand the unique personal reasons for their drug and alcohol abuse.
